Winter Wonderland
Today was a crazy day in Portland, it snowed! We rarely get snow, so when it does happen, nobody knows how to react and the city shuts down. I'm not sure how to react either since I've been living in Los Angeles for awhile. I think I'll just admire the snow from the inside, where it's nice and warm. Here's a picture from our apartment.

I've heard that about the great northwest... I have an uncle who lives in that area, and when he first got up there, he tried to go to work on a day when it snowed, and couldn't believe that he was the ONLY one out there. Funny! But I guess if you're not used to it, you don't know how to deal with it! :) I'm excited that you are blogging. I'll be checking in regularly!
