New Blog

The intent of the Tingey Tales blog was to update family and friends on things that are going on in our lives, but slowly I've turned it into a design and favorite things blog.  I didn't realize how much I enjoy researching and posting about design, so I've decided to start a separate blog for all of that.  If you would like to follow my new blog, it's located at www.jamielynntingey.blogspot.com or click here.  We will still be posting family updates on Tingey Tales. 

Petal Pedal

Now that Jeff is done with school he is able to spend more time cycling.  Last weekend he rode in the Petal Pedal in Silverton, Oregon.  He rode 100 miles!  It was his first century and I think it's an amazing accomplishment!  Way to go Jeff!

MBA Graduation

Last Monday Jeff graduated from OHSU with an MBA in Healthcare Management.  I'm so proud of him and all his hard work!  Congratulations Jeff!

Reach The Beach

Last weekend Jeff participated in the Reach The Beach ride.  He, Lisa and Pete completed the 81 mile route.  I met them at the finish line in Pacific City after a leisurely day of shopping and eating in Lincoln City.

Headboards

I've been wanting to get a headboard for our bed for a really long time.  Since we have a three day weekend coming up, I'm hoping to find some time to go shopping.  I've been collecting pictures on my Pinterest board for inspiration.  Now I need to decided between a tufted headboard or one with nail heads, I love them both!  Here are a few of my favorites.

Instagram Photos

Nate Berkus

This last week Nate Berkus announced that he is doing a home collection with Target.  I'm thrilled!  Since we are losing Nate on television, I think it's so wrong his show is being cancelled, it's great to know he's not going too far.  His 150 piece home collection will debut in October.  I can't wait!!

Here's a few of the items, I'm excited to see more in the future.
