Seared Ahi Tuna
Last night Jeff made Seared Ahi Tuna. Neither one of us have made this before, but we decided to give it a try. It was absolutely delicious. I was amazed because Jeff used what we had in our kitchen to make a wonderful Asian salad dressing that went perfectly with the tuna. Jeff is a wonderful cook and each day I learn something new from him.

Wow that looks good. I can't believe you guys got snow. That is crazy! Your Christmas Party looked fun, can't wait to see you guys next week :)
You guys are brave! I just always fear that I would over or undercook the tuna. We will have to try it some time too!
